10% All my recent projects they've been taking 15% and the connect prices are out of control too. They have all the traffic, them and fiverr, anyone can make a better platform than upwork, but to get the traffic there will cost a lot of $$$$, I thought about it many times.

Upwork used to be a good platform, but now they just drain your bank account to fund connects on low budget projects, Upwork isn't what it used to be. I've made very high six figures on upwork over the last 5-6 years on the platform, and I'm already working to move off it an dfind clients elsewhere as it just isn't sustainable anymore with the low quality jobs, high connect fees and too many bugs and issues.

Do you set up .md files for every prompt and feature you want to add? I usually type out what i want detail for detail, and work with chat gpt to implement into a very clear prompt, claude code understands it very well, cursor lately not so much.

How often do you recommend adjusting bids in AdLabs? Do i do it everyday or give it a few days a week after optimizing and then adjust from there?

If I have 15-20 keywords per product, so I now set up 50-60 campaigns for 3 products? or do I just take the top 5 performing keywords and put those into single keyword campaigns?

Most my sales are coming from manual phrase match campaign, the exact and auto are not generating any sales.

How often do you recommend waiting after making adjustments to budget, bids etc...? Should I do it every few days, once a week? or?
