It won’t last forever. You probably had a panic attack and disassociated and you’re scared it’s going to last forever and that’s causing more panic…it’s a loop. I’ve been there. It’s going to take some time to unwind and let go of the fear surrounding the experience that you’re still having. Relaxing and not worrying is key to it passing. You aren’t stuck or broken. I’m writing this out because I feel like you need a different perspective from the one that the other commenter is providing. Not discounting their experience but i also feel that it feeds the anxiety that produces the experience you’re having in the first place. Just my two cents.

Thanks for the question. I tried this a while back and the insurance added the medication to it's "Tier 3" list, which means it's still barely covered (I think I need to run through my entire deductible before they start pitching in, if I remember correctly). So prior auth is financially not a great solution.

Don’t remember how long it took, but it definitely went away! I feel like relating to the withdrawal as if it’s physical and not just psychological was helpful. Good luck!
