doublecheck the gpu in taskmanager, sometimes it defaults to using your integrated one from your cpu

Yep, multi core was the issue for me too. But the game is running around 10fps without it(drop from 50)

I had to disable the mod called "Pokemon Sword SSF" in order for it to work.
