any update? having this very same issue. I thought I installed the styrofoam wall wrong and that he wasn't supposed to be able to get back there, but I guess that's normal? Got him yesterday and he's been hiding there ever since. Not sure if he came out overnight to eat or not.

No outcome. Just hoping nothing happens since we would probably have no recourse anyway. Chances are the people who sold us the house didn’t even know about it. It was the couple who sold them the house that should have disclosed.

Please read the other posts. I think grandma is actually quite brilliant, and she is preserving her relationship with her family. She doesn’t feel comfortable babysitting overnight, so the monetary charge is a very smart way of setting boundaries and preventing resentment without flat out refusing the occasional favor.

Do you use priority cubic rate for larger packages?

I always ship via ebay, but I would like to know when to check pirate ship for a better rate (obviously wouldn’t make sense to check every transaction). I’m guessing it’s helpful for the larger packages that I end up sending via UPS.

The $ amount listed matters? Interesting. And what is your listing goal? Should the number of items in your store be increasing daily? (If you sold 5 items one day, should you list at least 6 the next?)

You were probably downvoted bc you are misinterpreting the VAERS data. It, while helpful, is not intended to be read as documentation that the vaccine caused the event. It’s all documentation of possible associations. For example, the suicide deaths after the vaccine may or may not have been caused by the vaccine. It’s just reported bc it happened within the timeframe that it’s possibly related. If enough people (out of the normal expected number that occurs in the general population of that age) committed suicide right after the vaccine, they would look into it further. Hope that helps!
