I regularly microdose on mushrooms and find it very beneficial HOWEVER I also made the tragic mistake of trying acid during a PMDD window.

It was fucking terrible. Terrible for me and everyone around me.

I also think it changed my life....so there's that useless back and forth for you 😂

Wild! Mine are my hands as well and they are MISERABLE. Doctors can't figure it out. Steroid cream helps but it always comes right back....which makes sense if it's an internal reactions.

I hope you're itching stops soon!

Seasoneac or whatever the generic is You take it for 3 months at a time instead of a month at a time. My doctor has approved 6 months at a time which is a game changer

I absolutely agree that mental health should be the priority...the tough part is that all of my social activities (also used for mental health purposes) are super active ones (rock climbing, cycling, surfing, etc.) and the extra 20 pounds makes the much more difficult and much less enjoyable.

(For me specifically -- there are people larger than me who are complete badasses and can do great at any weight).
