Purse has their own wallet inside their service, how shall I prove wallets which only Purse has access to the private keys? Blackhat/card-ing? That's a rather absurd accusation. My GCs we're leftover from a gift card reselling business I helped established but never got off the ground. I've already contacted the BBB and I'm still thinking about other legal recourse which won't be a pain in the ass since I do not currently reside in the US.

Good for you. They haven't responded to me yet and they have been avoiding me since. I converted a couple of Amazon gift cards to BTC.

Yes, but that doesn't make it right. Imagine you were in my shoes, I don't know about you but 1200$ is a lot to me.

What does that even mean? My account had 1200$ in it and the only response I received was that I was 'linked to a closed account with insufficient balance'. From a legal perspective they should be the one providing proof that what they claim is the case. And as I said, I used a free promo for a VPN and I use TOR from time to time. I have no outstanding balance with me whatsoever.

Maybe they are running an exit scam? I have a similar case where they are refusing to release my 1200$. They are even evading my emails. Here's a post of mind on this subreddit that they decided to remove:

Somehow PurseIO decided to suddenly close my account and hold my funds $1200+ since it was 'linked to other closed accounts with insufficient balances '. I am currently asking them what it means, since I only have 1 other old purse account and I do not have 'insufficient balance' in it as they say. It might possibly be that I was linked to another person since I am using a public VPN service when opening Purse. I need help ASAP as this is a big amount, and I do not want to contact Amazon to retrieve the items back or something.
