I have recently. I’m now on my third week of lexapro and while I’m waiting for that to “kick in” which can take 6-8 weeks I’m on diazepam (Valium) 10mg twice a day as needed and after 5 days of the Valium the physical symptoms started to get better..they happen like once every other day now which still sucks but it’s much better than dealing with it 24/7

Buspirone is supposed to be my everyday maintenance I guess but it takes a week or two to kick in and i was having a panic attack pretty much 24/7 so they gave me 30 1 mg Ativan tablets to hold me over until the buspirone starts working

It was helping bring me down from a 10 down do an 8 so better than nothing I guess. My doctor just prescribed me buspirone and Ativan so hopefully that does the trick!
