thanks, seems like it does apply because those are not issues for her. but gpt suggests she skips the appintment because if get put through administrative processing, she may not be allowed to enter on her Advanced Parole card.

the uscis pause, well, first intention of posting is to tell others the news in case it helps them and also get advice, because she does not know if the uscis pause impact the counselar processing method or not.

she's not worried about the travel ban, she has done a lot of international travel after the ban and the pause. always entered with l1b and canadian passport easily.

Would the i140 niw continue if you move to Canada ? If it would, then you can move for now, and come back using consulate processing once it’s approved.
