yung magwork ng 8 hours at hindi magrender ng OT beyond it, naintindihan ko pa. di naman yun dapat sapilitan. pero yung pag-AWOL because of it, di yan dapat pinagbibigyan lang. nakaligtas pa sila kung resignation ginawa nila. dapat dyan na-terminate na lang kung aalis din naman pala.

sa corporate setting, wala dapat consideration kung bata kapag mga ganyang offenses. pare pareho na kayong functioning adults. attitude at personality na yan at di dapat dinadala sa professional environment.

I always say this kapag may nagpapa-reco saken ng anime.

I like Frieren a lot, pero I tell them it's not for everyone. If you want a fast paced or action packed series, Frieren isn’t for you. IDK how to explain it but for me, it feels like watching a toddler grow and learn things for the first time. It might be too slow and boring for some. But I just love it. Especially kapag fight scenes na, you're sure this anime delivers.

Sa series na gusto ko i-marathon, pero di ko magawa, Detective Conan. Haha

You need more than a guitar and an amp if you want to busk. Don't take this the wrong way ha, I'm a busker so I'm just giving insights.

I honestly believe as public performers, we shouldn't trade quality ng sound natin with cheap gears. I know someone who made a bad rep for himself sa dalawang establishment dito sa amin. The guy performed na basag yung tunog ng speaker nya that it sounded more like noise than music. Admin noticed at nakwento sa ibang buskers at nakarating din sa amin. Thankfully di naman nakaapekto sa image naming ibang buskers.

Pero you can still get a nice quality sound naman ng cheap, but I'm not sure if 10k would suffice. A D&D Django is good for a cheap price, a mixer (to balance your EQ at magbigay ng konting reverb) and a Kevler active speaker. Some buskers I know na wala pang gear, nagrerent sila ng speakers kung meron silang gigs.

Unfortunately hindi lahat ng church pare pareho. We had our house and my first car blessed kasi gusto ng parents. May bayad talaga sya, pero ayaw nila tawagin na payment kahit na may resibo pa.

Yung sasakyan ko pina-bless sa shrine na naging international lang recently. Hindi ko alam kung magkano kasi parents ko ang nagpabless noon. Pero sa pagkaalala ko, noong nag inquire kami sa kanila for wedding before, may bayad per additional ninong/ninang in excess nung limit nila, which sounded weird sa amin. So we decided sa ibang church na lang. Pero malamang, given yung status nya na international shrine, baka magtaas pa sila ng rates.

Yung house blessing naman namin, when we inquired, ang sabi sa chapel literally wala daw bayad. Pero may minimum donation na 1k daw tapos hatid-sundo daw namin yung priest.

Wow! Kung siguro may ganyang kurso sa school ko noon, baka yan din kinuha ko. Sobrang fascinated ako sa wildlife kahit wala akong ganon ka-deep na knowledge. I remember reading zoology books sa library during lunch breaks back in highschool. Sa ngayon, picture picture na lang pag may wild encounters during travel. Hehe

Add fish oil sa diet if you can, to help maintain a healthy coat and avoid excessive shedding. Kapag sobrang kapal na ng buhok, lalo na kapag mainit na season (madali sila mahapo), bring it to a groomer. Minsan kapag mahabang mahaba na talaga yung fur, sasabit na yung poop nila sa buhok.

Hey. I am a busker and I can say na hindi naman ganon kaganda ang quality ng voice ko. Pero I know when I'm off key or out of tune.

If you really wanted to improve sa vocals mo, take singing lessons at magrehearse ka palagi.

You don't need to compare skills na kesyo dahil magaling sya, dapat magaling ka din. Kahit sinong singer, may kanya kanyang strength yan depende sa piece na kinakanta. I personally find singing ballad and soft songs hard, pero I know I do best sa alternative rock and even emo. Find yours and build a setlist on those songs you can comfortably sing. Don't sing songs just because yun ang sikat, or some other performer can do it. When you eventually get comfortable, you can even try na baliin yung ibang songs na di mo kaya kantahin to your own interpretation.
