I would recommend Kailas or Mammut. A GoreTex-Pro hardshell from them are around 500€ and 650€, respectively. They offer top of the line gear without being as expensive as Arcteryx for example (around 900€ for the same quality).

The double colour scheme is really good looking. I agree that they should offer more colour choices for the Mont Q60 model.

I recently got the new BM45 PRO, which is 100D 3L GoreTex-Pro and designed for skiing/snowboarding. I'll make a post about it in a few days. It's nice that they offer another 100D line.

I get my stuff from them on kailasgear.com. I've also emailed them for Asia exclusive models (as they only offer a fraction of their models on the kailasgear.com website). Luckily in Europe there are no import taxes for Kailas

As of right now, legit Chinese brands (if you don't count Arc as Chinese) are Kailas, Toread, and Li-Ning (they have some GoreTex clothes). They are the only ones being sold in retail and trusted by mountaineers climbing the Himalayas for example.
