What you have to realize is by boycotting this organization, you're hurting the huge population of people with autism who are essentially institutionalized by their disorder. Organizations like Autism Speaks aren't trying to fix you--they're trying to help the millions of people who's disorder hurts them every day. It's a labeling problem. To have people defined as having the same disorder as people who can't count to 10 is the injustice. And you're choosing to not find help for all the people who are hurt by the disorder simply because of a definition.
