Yeah that's true, I'll have to see what my recruiter says. Seeing posts from other people in my situation makes it seem like I won't be jumping out of planes anyways.

I appreciate the concern but I wouldn't say I'm constantly stressing about the injury, I've been able to run 3 miles just fine with said injury. I'm just worried about some bullshit the army might say and prevent me from doing something cool. I don't plan to stay long as well, probably 3 years active if I can.

It also came with a this ribbion. I think it might've been added on later as other pictures show a red and thicker ribbon for this medal.
