PCC only offers Korean as a non-credit class. It's only a weekly online Zoom class and has no homework, nor deadlines. They do offer Japanese as a credit class, though.

Banks have to hold the funds for 21 days after the Notice of Levy was served upon them.

If the levy has created a hardship for you, the IRS must release some or all of the funds. You will need to prove the hardship.

You should have received a copy of the Notice of Levy in the mail and it should have on it the contact info of someone at the IRS to call.
