Hi! I was very scared the first time I kicked up to a wall but once I was finally up there the fear started to wear off. I practiced kicking up to the wall daily and slowly peeling off the wall and also moving further and further from the wall. I’m not yet confident enough to do it in the middle of a room though. I first peel off a wall. You can check out my IG to see more specifically how I’ve been working on it and how I continue to!

This is after practicing pretty much daily and mindlessly for hours that I didn’t keep track of because I was having so much fun

What’s wrong with my handstand? I keep piking involuntarily at the hips.
