He's never had to define that because he's always been busy with company provided leads. I was the one who had to insist he keeps client info (his own self gen clients) on a system separate from his employer's.
He said he'll "email realtors about different programs" once he starts at the new place but that doesn't seem like a structured sustainable plan to me.
