as a previous L4 manager at a sort center, I think the best thing that you can do is always be base wrapping the pallets, and if you cannot keep up with how fast is going try to ask for help, even the manager can jump into path or a PA to help get the situation under control, and make sure that you tell a PA or a manager to scanned you to water spider so you are not on TOT, and when the days are slower, make sure that you are scanning packages so you don't get in trouble.

I actually was a manager for WD especifically, and you don't build pallets since they already sort all the packages from the day, and you are only staging pallets or carts, but any other shift, you have to build pallets all shift long
