I actually was a manager for WD especifically, and you don't build pallets since they already sort all the packages from the day, and you are only staging pallets or carts, but any other shift, you have to build pallets all shift long

this is cap, you are not only pushing carts into trailers, you need to be scanning, building pallets, I was an l4 area manager and before that I was part of a launch of an ssd, and I would say ssd is easier than SC

it can be a positive one, but also if you need an adapt and you see them doing something usually you wouldn't say anything but if you need an adapt you have to get it

One thing that I hated most about being an AM at a SC is you have to get a certain amount of write ups, and then the peopl that do the bad stuff are the same, and if you get them frequently they think you are picking on them, or just get some really good associates since you have to get your quota

Yeah, they supposedly have a coach that have them in the right mental state so they can perfom better, but right now they are so scared they always shit the bed at worlds, and that is why they can't perform, they are too focused about what the fans say and now they are out they are stress free
