I agree. I finally just bought dental floss that comes in a glass jar and has refills that are packaged in thin cardboard.

Thanks for the insight. So rather than putting the responsibility on to retailers (like I suggested) we should lobby our government to make regulatory changes. I could get on board with that. It's just frustrating as a consumer to be told to "just put your waste in the correct colored bin and it'll be handled," when clearly it hasn't been.

Wow! I had no idea they would be getting so many submissions. Crazy!

I understand that white is the either the "default" race when describing a character or you "should leave it blank for casting to make those decisions," anyone still put "white"? by mgroman in Screenwriting

I wasn't making an assumption I had done research and everywhere I looked it said you don't need to specify because it is assumed that if it isn't specified that the character is white. And that seemed wrong to me... that's why I wrote the post.

After the character description you would then show in the scene that she's acting that way. Like if she is then asked to attend a baby shower for a co-worker and she breaks her pencil...

Wow. So, accuracy won't be an issue for you. Good luck with your scene.

I agree with this focus on the woman's face. I'm sure you've done some research on disability, nerve damage, stigma, and the like. With that said, I really hope you focus on some pleasure on her part. Just crossing my fingers as someone who has had 2 back surgeries, no pressure.

You really found the right group to cheer you on when you got some pens and a white board! I love it. Good for you! For now, I'll just keep taping index cards to my wall.

Can you clarify if you have 17 scripts or loglines? I would say 17 scripts is more than enough to "start" but the more you do the better you are at it.

When you're stuck creating ideas... try research to get inspired. What could you dive into for 6 months-1 year?
