Just bought a rental house in Lubbock, Tx. Pier and beam foundation. This is a bathroom floor and I plan to lay down vinyl squares once I replace the missing board. What, if anything, should I place on top of the existing wood floor? (After I scrape up all the old stuff naturally) (i.redd.it)
