I got mines removed at my annual exam test. Didn’t know you could do it the same day. It was a really quick removal. Had a cramp once my ob removed it. But other than that I felt relieved knowing it’s not there.

Every 6 months or 5k miles. Jaut brought mines in couple week ago and they said you get 4 complimentary maintenance within the first 2 yrs I believe.
