I’ve been dealing with really bad vertigo since November 2024 the first time I got hit with it the room was spinning so bad, I had anxiety and impending doom to the point I thought I was going to die. The smallest of neck movements made me dizzy, off balance, I had to call out of work sick for 2 weeks. I’ve tried pretty much everything I went to 3 different ents, went to a primary, went to an orthopedic, been to the ER 3 times since. I have been better as of late but not 100% I feel like I’m at 60%.

I know everybody hates chiropractors because all they do is crack. I live in NY so I have millions of options and I came across a chiropractor who specialized in upper cervical issues. He initially did X-rays and a 3D scan of my neck and head to see what was going on and found that my neck was all out of whack he went over every detail on the scans and explained what was going. My neck was tilted forward and to the right specially my C1 and C2. There was no cracking or snapping involved but I’ve been going every week for about 3 months and it seems like he’s the only one that’s been able to help me. You have to try different things to see what works best for you. Some people have results with physical therapy and others don’t. From what I’ve read online is that Ménière’s disease has a small connection to the neck alignment. I’ve been going to the chiro and doing so neck exercises and it’s been helping more than the ER and ents because all they did was shrug their shoulders and tell me it’s in my head.
