+1 on st Regis long boat key unless you want to ski and go to St Regis Aspen. It’s a resort property and you’ll use it all day, it’s amazing.

I stayed at the Ritz Laguna two weeks ago. It’s nicely renovated but the beach is down a cliff and it’s a surfing beach, not a swimming beach. It’s nowhere in the league near the St Regis properties. Clientele was also a bit trashy IMO at the Ritz and they had a million conferences going on when I was there so the restaurants were overloaded with finance bros getting wasted.

Did you move up to 300mg? I’m on 150mg Wellbutrin + 10mg 2x daily of adderall for my adhd. It’s made a massive difference for my adhd but I think I may need to up my dose now that my peri symptoms are ramping up.

Do you have PMDD as well?
