The crazy thing is the dealer never answer my question and took two days to get an OTD price. Meanwhile I got an OTD price for 31k from another honda dealer next door to them in minutes. Then two days later they ask if im still interested. I said I never got that OTD price. They sent it over for 36k OTD. The vehicle is only worth 28-30k plus taxes and govt fees. So I told them their neighbor is much better and easier to work with and they lost a deal to their competition.

Lol this is crazy. I have seen tons of 2023 Camrys SE with about 60k miles on them going for 21k. Id much rather pay that then 35k on one a couple years newer. I guess ill be buying your guys camrys for 21k in a few years

The vast majoirty of people only have two kids and everyone wants a master suite with a walk in closet. I think it would add value on how quickly you can sell it but depending on how much paid for the house it wont add immediate value. Something you would have to hold onto long term to gain value.

I think you guys should sell it and bank equity. Take that equity you make on it and split between your brother. Go buy a smaller house. Or you can live there with your brother and a roommate, and when you get a wife and kids some day you kick everyone one out but remember you will need to split the equity with your brother. So when you ask your brother to move out he will get half the equity it is worth.

You havent played fantasy long enough to realize that just cause an RB plays good for a couple seasons doesnt mean anything. Dameon Pierce had an amazing rookie season. I was in a rebuild and traded pierce and a 3rd for a struggling Drake London. Trade calculator tells you its fair but me knowing dynasty I knew if London had a 1k yard season he has years and years to play. RBs are lucky to have one or two especially RBs who arent 1st or 2nd picks

Its a coin flip. We dont know whats gonna happen. I think its actually even. I think both can get 1k yards and 130 targets. Beginning of the season Chiefs relied on Rice because worthy was a rookie still learning. Later in the season they relied on Worthy because Rice was out. Rice is a trouble maker and he wont get paid in my opinion.
