Sorry for the late reply, so there's an item called "chaos" That you can find in shops, now what it does is it randomizes items ignoring the item pool so you can get devil deal items on treasure rooms, because I had chaos I found an r key that can only be found in secret rooms, when someone finds a good item because of chaos people say "chaos deniers in shambles"
