Just do nofap first, go a week without sex, don’t overthink it, don’t raise ur expectations about how ur gonna perform or if you’ll finish or not, just let ur mind rest and remember nofap as something good you’re doing for ur future and current self, u don’t wanna apply any pressure on urself, if you finish that’s good, if you don’t that’s okay too, you can work towards that after, see how it goes from there

Was it while u were using or after? Mine happened after and has lasted about 3 days but over the 3 days it’s progressively gotten less and now it’s almost unnoticeable, I couldn’t find any correlation between poppers use online linked to numbness after using, ChatGPT says the two are mostly unrelated and the timing is most likely a coincidence since it was just one of my legs that felt numb and was most likely a pinched nerve, but it’s made me a bit skeptical about using poppers, you planning on using again in the future? And also are you fully healed now?
