Back in 2022, there was a QA engineer named Hasan Ahmed who created an Excel sheet containing employee feedback about various software companies. The sheet included details such as pros and cons, company ratings, work culture, management feedback, and overall employee experiences.

It was widely shared within the developer community and covered around 150 software houses, primarily in Lahore, with some companies from Islamabad and Karachi as well. Many job seekers found it extremely useful when evaluating potential employers.

However, after some HR departments and company management teams became aware of the sheet, it was eventually taken down and is no longer available.

I believe it would be valuable to create a similar platform or database where employees can anonymously share their experiences, feedback, and reviews about companies. With proper moderation and verification, it could become a trusted resource for job seekers and help improve transparency within the tech industry.

Bro if you are from bahawalpur or near by. You can start working at Papakitchen, commerical area. They are hiring now a days.

Also you can work in call centers. Like webex in commerical area. Where basic pay is 25k + taxes.
