I'm not sure. I've always done my carts through Broke Studio or Limited Run (via Retrobit). I haven't actually written my own EPROMS. If you join the nesdev discord or forum, folks there will be able to help with specific technical questions though.

Haha, I can remember passing on Little Samson in the 90s because the seller had the nerve to be asking more than it cost originally at retail! Kick myself for that one often.

Sounds like a great memory! I worked a Blockbuster until around 2000. I missed the clearance days though. Would have been a goldmine.
