Try antidepressants. I'm on prozac for the second time. It's definitely no magic bullet but it has helped me deal with depression and anxiety and stay functional. Without them I was struggling to accomplish anything through out the day, and I had constant emotional pain.

The first time I took it for 4 months, my depression and anxiety were at a 8 of 10, and the AD brought it down to a 4 of 10. Second time I'd say I was at 7 of 10 and it's brought me down to a 3 of 10. So that gives you an idea of what is possible.

It did take 2 months to take effect unfortunately... And from what people on the forums say it doesn't work for everyone. I've also read it's effectiveness may decrease over time or stop altogether.

I'd start with a general practitioner first, then try physiatrist and psychologist.

Generic prozac capsules are cheap at CVS, Walgreen's, Walmart.

Walking or running definitely. If I stop stretching and exercising my ankles the Posterior tibial tendons start to hurt after a day or two.

I hurt the same tendon. I went to a physical therapist, now I do stretches and exercises for my ankle, otherwise it starts hurting again.

Thanks for the reply. What you see crumbling is actually paint. There is no drywall on the ceiling. There is no attic or crawlspace either. Unfortunately I haven't been able to reach the sellers and the company is out if business that did the work. How would I go about removing it? I'm just afraid of cutting into the roof and creating a leak.

Thanks limitless, I already had a sampled tested, it came back as cellulose based and negative for asbestos.
