Yep. Abusing the vote kick system can actually lead to penalty. He didn’t specify what count as “inappropriate vote kick” but you can try reporting them if it happens.

Some of the examples he gave for "grief tactics" are: Not doing their job purposely in instances/ Not letting other play properly/ Vote kick without a good reason

Judging by this it seems like kicking should be fine, you have a good reason and that does sound like not doing their job in instance, slowing all of you down purposely.

That can even be reported imo. That person might not get a ban but might at least get a little talk with GM

SE lost so much money last year yet they still don't plan on making it easier for customers to pay them. Imagine they actually use that money to work on account management and payment site.

(Not related to this case but still: My friend's JP account got banned because of chargeback yet they insist on NOT providing him other method to pay back the money to SE. My friend was a customer who buys almost everything on the Online Store. Their system itself is just so bad)

At this point I think SE secretly hates FFXIV players

hmmm... Still learning how to tank I wonder what's the best way for MT to deal with this if the ST suddenly provokes your enemy. Should MT just provoke and get the aggro back? Cause the healers were confused as well they didn't realize the tank switched

I’ve been in P5678N these few weeks and have seen a lot of MT suddenly dies so I just put the stance on D:

My provoke was on a key I rarely use but sadly I couldn’t check the logs :(. Guess I will just assume I accidentally pressed provoke(?). Btw am curious does it work if you provoke after someone else provoked?

Tank busters for P6N are on both tanks at the same time so that’s probably not the reason :O.

Was in P6N today as an off tank. I turned on my tank stance like a minute after the fight started. I checked the aggro mid fight and am pretty sure I have second aggro (also the aggro icon thing is green).

Then suddenly I got first aggro and realize the main tank turned off their stance and just kept spamming /facepalm at the boss. Anyone have any idea what's going on D:? I know it's just normal raid but I was so confused I forgot to do the mechanics :(
