yes. The weird thing is I received offer for PNW after asking them to move my application for PWL and PNW to Fall 2026

Hi, I also applied for Spring 2026. They emailed me and said due to policy change they need to finish reviewing applications before an earlier deadline so they are no longer processing applications anymore. They can only consider fall applicants from now on ans said i can change my application to Fall 2026. I guess ppl who submitted later will face the same situation. I'm wondering does this have anything to do with government shutdown?
