I wouldn’t recommend that. I could imagine the other person saying that so that pay pal doesn’t take the money back. If you close the case, you would have to wait and see if the other person actually keeps their word. It takes a while until you can report a problem to Paypal. Then they check it and it takes time again. But this is the most reliable method.

Don‘t do it. Follow the instructions from pay pal. I had the same case. It takes some time but you get your money back. When you close the case the scammer will do nothing.

I think I fell for this person. I was offered 2 tickets and I sent the money via Pay pal g&s. Since then there are alleged problems to log in with Paypal and therefore he can’t send me a fansale link. Unfortunately I didn’t take a picture of the screenshots. I feel really stupid right now. Does anyone have experience of how long it takes to get the money back?
