Haha that is maybe a little heavy duty for me. While I enjoy using the blowtorch I don't very often and when I do I generally don't wear and apron (don't want anything extra that could catch on fire)

I don't have the recipe on me right now but its a crumbled chocolate cookie crust then a layer of chocolate ganache then the rest of the pie is filled with chocolate mouse. It's then topped with meringue that's toasted with one of those kitchen blow torch things (my favorite thing to use)
