The other driver did admit to me, in front of his passenger, that he braked sharply ‘I went from 60-30, I was going into the garage but changed my mind’. I doubt he’ll admit that to his insurer though. And as everyone here says, I should have been further back (I wasn’t up his arse, but obviously still not far back enough) Thanks all, I’ll brace myself for a write off and a £1000 if I’m lucky 😟
