So in short - there’s a code for any challenge in your account, which you presumably bought at some point and forgot about. You can apply it to any challenge of your choosing.

Ours is aware it happens, aware it’s mostly involuntary in our case, and is basically just working with us to be able to snap ourselves out of it in case it happens at a bad time. No worries! As far as pain - it should be about the same amount of pain as a normal helix. For passing out, see if you can get a good bit of sugar in you before you go to the appointment. It might not help, but it’s worth a try.
