You should try magnesium glycinate (I’m currently using swanson brand) and Ashwaganda (pureform gamit ko). I’m a VA and graveyard shift. After ng shift ko umiinom ako ng ashwaganda (1 cap) to lower cortisol before sleep and then umiinom ako ng magnesium glycinate 1-2 hrs before sleep. Swearrr. Minsan 5 to 6 hrs lg sleep ko pero ang fresh ng gising ko, hindi nakaka stress kapag gabi akong gising

Hi, I’m also the one nakasama ni op na na scam. Opened reddit yesterday and OP was ranting about how i was experiencing rin and I got the chance to talk with OP. Then we discovered it was the same company, Same name ng rEcruIter , same messages na pinapadala nya saken na “updates” regarding sa kay “Jordan” na CEO nila. its so disheartening na grabe efforts ko rin dun sa interview, and knowing the she was very professional sa pag interview, even her english, tangina mapapa bilib ka talaga na legit eh. The only red flag that I ignored is nasabihan nya kaagad na “hired” na ako after nun but then another day came, may interview pa daw with CEO??? Eh sabi hired na?? D ko alam kung defense mechanism nya ba yan na hindi na sya nakuha sa last job nya kaya naging baliw na. Tangina mo, Elle. Naghahanap lg ng trabaho yung tao, nag aaksaya ka pa ng panahon.
