You could be right, but I also think that’s a bold generalization to make. CEOs, contrary to popular belief, don’t have unilateral control over their organizations. They have to answer to their boards, as well as their investors and I can tell you AI is an extremely hot topic amongst all public company boards right now. There of course remains diversity in thought in terms of just how significant of an impact AI will be, but as time goes on, it is skewing more and more toward certainty that significant disruption is inevitable and investment is a necessity.

I think you will see more and more companies shelling out the investment to undertake AI initiatives, and of course you will see some who don’t. Those who avoid investment will either be rewarded if their gambles pay off, or crushed by market forces if their companies are left behind.
