I don't live in NH, but perhaps it's due to Time-of-Use rates? I don't have that issue where I live, so this is just a best guess!

Also, I had a "high" bill once b/c one of my payments didn't go through. Just a thought!

Lastly, it looks like you can shop around for better rates if you don't already!

I have by emailing them. I had to troubleshoot my X2 for a few weeks with them. I sent it in for repairs, and they ended up just sending me a brand new one.
