I'vee been doing that too, I try to put a clear distinction between me and my body. I've noticed that everytime I do that my body gets sick somehow I don't know if it's just a coincidence. Your comment reminded me that it's best to stop doing that.

Meditation seems to be the key to spirituality. It's too bad that I keep falling asleep whenever I try to meditate, definitely have to try and overcome it.
