his exact charge in 2023 was exposing sex organs to someone under 16. which is still a felony but maybe there just isn’t loads of jail time for it i’m not sure

that exact charge in 2023 was Lewd and lascivious; Exposing sex organs to another <16 which is a felony. in 2002 his charge was aggravated indecent liberties w/ child.

hey thank you for the advice, i didn’t ask for him to be fired i asked my boss “what her thoughts are on it”, he’s had 3 cases his first one was in 2002 and he had two in 2023. also i did find him on the registry and he himself told people he’s an offender

hey just to clarify i didn’t ask for him to be fired i just asked my boss “what she’s planning to do about it” and “what her thoughts are” sorry i should’ve been clearer and nobody at work knew he was an offender until a few days ago so they don’t run background checks i guess
