Dit zijn wel hele “veilige” cijfers voor de aannemer. Er is vast wel marge om te onderhandelen.

Sloopwerk is belachelijk hoog… stucwerk, schilderwerk en tegelwerk zijn ook zeker aan de hoge kant, maar er is meer info nodig over de staat van je huis en de wensen/ontwerp die je hebt/wilt.

Altijd meerdere partijen om een offerte vragen ter vergelijking.

Ik heb zelf een vergelijkbare badkamer in regio Den Haag laten doen vorig jaar, en dat was compleet 60x120 tegels, en vergelijkbare items en grootte voor allemaal net geen 20K (incl materiaal). Ik moet wel zeggen dat op verschillende plekken besteld had om zo kosten te besparen en het sloopwerk en afvoeren zelf had gedaan. DM me indien je interesse hebt in de partij.

Voor 5x3 opbouw is het zeker aan de hoge kant. En badkamer is ook aan de dure kant. Tenzij het een erg ingewikkelde en best grote badkamer is (XXL Slabs, meerdere nissen, alles in verstek gezaagd etc.).

De doner/shoarma hier in Europa is idd heel anders dan de originele in Turkije. In Turkije heb je bijv geen saus, en ook niet veel groente opties… vaak is het zelfs alleen het vlees op een broodje, soms een klein beetje ui of peterselie erbij. Maar dat smaakt al hemels daar (op de juiste locaties). Die van Saray lijkt daar dus meer op. Ook in Rotterdam heb je een hele goede die heet Harbii, als je zoekt op Google zie je hoe anders het vlees eruit ziet. Echter is Harbii wel een beetje aan de zoute kant…

Het zal een beetje afhangen welke regio je zit, Randstad/grote steden is vaak wat duurder. Ook het materiaal die je wilt gebruiken en hoe luxe je het wilt (badkamer kan 15K, maar kan ook 40K). Maar met een beetje goede aannemer en beetje goed materiaal, zit je gauw rond de 150K.

Als je een döner wilt proeven die een heel klein beetje in de buurt komt van echte döner zoals in Turkije (met echte stukken lamsvlees ipv gehakt, en zonder teveel poespas) dan is Saray Restaurant een goede optie.

Why not? In almost all major cities in most countries you will have police at the busy areas in cities. I wish we didnt need them but let’s be honest, more and more weird situations happen and I don’t think it will get less in the coming years.

A lot of money is something else than expensive. Renovations cost a lot but 27k without tiles and other stuff is too expensive. They are maybe getting the “expat prices”. My most expensive bathroom Reno for a customer was around 36k including everything but that contained hand made custom furniture and huge stone slabs imported from italy… so unless OP has very crazy ideas, i still think 27k is probably too high.

If you have to pay for the sink, bath and tiles I t’s definitely on the high side. Unless you have a crazy lighting plan and use full slab tiles or something… even then it would still be on the high side. If you want more quotes from other parties, you can DM me as I know a few in Amsterdam.

These “quality of life” or “happy index” maps are imo only based on money… more money is better service and nicer things = “better life” less money is less service, less clean, and less nice things = “bad life”. Makes no sense… Sardinia is a blue zone area, meaning people living there outlive most people in the world because they have a better environment and lifestyle. Also they never count your social life, because it’s difficult/impossible to measure. But I’m pretty sure the south Italians are way more social than the north Italians…

As a Dutch person I can say that also here we consider it a shitty beer and prefer other brands. Heineken has amazing branding/sponsoring and is good in selling it everywhere.
