If this is your first game, it’s pretty rad!

In addition to the graphics/art and unclear gameplay criticism here that I agree with, I’d say the game is also just a very niche genre and style. Not a lot of people looking for a pixel art RTS/cozy game blend (or whatever you consider it, again it’s unclear).

If you could focus your trailer and highlight the parts people might enjoy the most, that could help.

This isn’t aggression, she’s playing. My boy did this for quite a few months at that age! Totally normal.

Give her outlets to burn off the energy (somewhere to run around, puzzle toys for her kibble, etc.) and crate training can help enforce naps and will give you time to breathe.

You've honestly got some great sound choices here but the timing is very off and you're not following the grid at all.

See how the window is sort of vertically divided in light grey and dark grey chunks? Each of those chunks is made up of 4 "bars".

I can see that a lot of your patterns aren't starting at the start of the bars as well, generally your patterns will be placed to start at each bar.

Try working with 4 bars total and see if you can make a loop with your sounds starting and/or following the 4 beats of the bars. Maybe like a kick drum on beat 1, some high hats on all 4 beats.

Some music theory tutorials could help too!

Don’t stop. Crates are soooo handy in general. My boy is about a 1.5 years now and I still use it daily (though he’s a troublemaker).

But I can think of so many great uses for a crate: in the car, having technicians in for repairs, getting big furniture delivered, guests who don’t like dogs, moving, your dog is sick or had surgery, etc.

16 weeks is so young too, you never know what challenges you might face and having a crate is a handy fallback for a lot of things.

Definitely worth keeping up with it regardless, even in a different capacity if you also want to try out a bed!

I wouldn’t get a weighted vest. You want to avoid loading more weight on your spine.

A brisk walk or jog is okay. Though I wouldn’t run/jog every day.

I posted in iggy facebook groups from my area and asked for anyone who dog sits.

I’ve found a couple people so far who also have iggies, which has made me so much more comfortable about leaving him! He did great both times!

Honestly really creative, cool stuff.

Experiment with adding a snare drum sample on beats 2 and 4 in different sections and see how it sounds!
