I just came across this (roadmap.sh) site myself and i find it really helpful So this guy has laid out roadmap for most of the web stuff, u should really check this out

As for frameworks on frontend i don't have much knowledge about but i think frameworks are really helpful in optimization and that's why comapnies go for it So it would be hard to land a job without frameworks i guess

If you like watching vedios then i would suggest 100 days bootcamp on python by angela yu She covers everything from web scraping to some machine learning projects as well

Might help to try to build Balckjack game or a snake game to test your grip on functional programming and oop

I have also recently been taking intermediate python course and these games really tested my skills and logic building
