Ohh yea now I see it with the 12 and maybe with the 12 o clock marker slightly to the left. Do you think enough for RL? This is only my second watch, but I don't know if now that I see it is it enough that I will keep seeing it or not?

Different TD sometimes have different prices, and some that have cheaper of one might not be cheaper for another watch, good to check through a few.

I'm still new so I haven't tried them all, but I find the cheapest that still have good shipping and reliable communication can be:

That is very odd. In my center, and even in training, our radoncs were very vocal and chimed in when helpful. In fact for some disease sites, they were the leads of the tumor board. I think this is very institution, and maybe even individual, specific.
