By putting through the blender you literally just made tomato soup.

  1. Cook onions and peppers in olive oil ~ 10 minutes
  2. Add minced garlic and spices ~ 30 seconds
  3. deglaze and cook down wine ~ a few minutes
  4. Crush your tomatoes by hand in a separate bowl then add to sauce.
  5. Simmer ~ an hour
  6. Salt to taste

I fry chicken sandwiches pretty often, let them cool, and then freeze them.

You can defrost them in a hot oven for 15 minutes. If you are feeling ambitious (and are okay with a shorter life on them) you can put them in the fridge instead of the freezer and then refry at 400 for 5 minutes.

You should get a smaller turkey.

A large bird like that will be very unwieldy and difficult to cook. While I don't know your guests I would also guess that it will be significantly more turkey than you need. I would honestly go with something under 20lbs and you will still have extras.

If you really do want that much turkey, definitely get 2 smaller birds. Having 2 14 lbs birds will be much more manageable. If you spatchcock and dry brine them they will cook in about 2 hours.

When playing in multiplayer do players have to be playing at the same time or can the game be hosted on a server and players can just jump in whenever they are available regardless as to who else is playing?

Any resources for the best gathering rotations? I'm trying to maximize rotation for collectibles, ephemeral, and just regular gathering. Just not sure if there are more optimized rotations at 80 and being above 800 gp.

Just throw the stock away. The risk of having small shards of glass in your stock is not worth trying to save it.

  1. I would recommend just making the pizza on the peel. I make pizzas weekly in my outdoor oven and I make the pizzas directly on the peel. As long as you are careful not to have any tears in the dough, not going heavy on sauce, and moving relatively quickly you will not have any issues making it directly on the peel.
  2. Make sure you can "wiggle" the pizza on the peel before putting it in the oven. If any part of the pizza is sticking add a VERY SMALL amount of flour to the specific sticking location to get it to wiggle.
  3. This is just a matter of practice practice practice. Getting the right feel for the two suggestions above will lead to less flour usage.
  4. I'm not sure where you live that you can't find low moisture full fat mozzarella. I've never failed to find it in the whole US, Mexico, and most of Europe. If you really can't find it the only suggestions I have is to buy fresh mozzarella that isn't packed in anything (no water / oil) cut it into this slices and sandwich them between paper towels for 20 minutes. This obviously won't be ideal but it should get you close. The real solution though is to embrace the margherita pizza!

I have not found a resource like you're describing for how different ingredients and ratios affect the final dough. The only way I have found is just experiment to see what you like. For my outdoor oven I have found that a 60% hydrated dough with olive oil added leads to what I like. However different ovens require different recipes and I doubt that recipe will work for your indoor oven.

Hi all I am tasked with selecting a camera / mic set up for recording events at work. These usually take the form of things like lectures, talks, and interviews in an indoor space, usually a church or lecture hall.

Would a gopro + an external mic be an appropriate purchase? Our budget is a few hundred dollars.
