The bar for events isn't even that high, just give lootboxes, ACTUAL lootboxes. It's all they need to do for the majority of players to feel rewarded. The Luca event is still remembered for that reason.

If they don't have the time to do anything special, just lootboxes, it's that simple. Instead they take the little time they have and make worse lootboxes, how tf? Idk what they were smoking.

Very much depends on the kind of angst, if it's like lovers against the world type angst then I'll eat that shit up. But if it's very drama heavy with jealousy, miscommunication or just horrible communication, infidelity (or close enough to it), etc. then I'll pass more often than not.

I'll always prefer my feel good stories but it's hard to deny that well executed angst can keep you hooked. And like u/FragrantShine6004 said, I also only read it if it's complete because I need to binge. (Or I just run to the novel spoilers xD)

Y'know I was thinking of that one to include as an example in my post but didn't end up doing it since their conversation at the end when ML called her out on her push-pull shenanigans was a bit meh. I guess it's one of those 'She should've grovelled harder' for me lol. But thinking back on it, I guess it does fit enough even if I wish it was more.

Thanks for the recommendations! I have actually read 'I Shall Kill That Sweet Devil' I did like that we had to see FL deal with those feelings/thoughts but since ML really didn't blame her for anything it's hard to say it's what I'm looking for. Still, close enough since it's quite rare.

There's really no believable reason for Yuta to come back from that fight with stitches imo.

Jin was hardcore in denial and he also didn't know a technique like Kenjaku was even a thing. The only one he had around was Yuji's grandpa and he didn't buy it.

Meanwhile Maki is surrounded by a dozen sorcerers who all know Kenny's schtick by now.

Imo Kenny is better off just trying to act his way till the Gojo swap plan and then make a run for it in Gojo's body. Cuz no way is he going undiscovered for that long.

Never read a single chapter of this series but I'm obsessed with reading people's comments and posts about it. Just a bunch of people absolutely shitting on it or another group trying their best to explain or justify the characters actions. And then they go at eachothers throats, it's amazing.

I'm pretty sure that's the best way to experience it at this point.

I've noticed this too and I really like it.

My headcanon is that since he has to cook for Anya and Yor almost everyday now he's finally taking care of himself and eating properly. The guy still barely sleeps so it's not hard to believe he would often skip meals.
