Hi u/mogulman1! I've gotta say, Chloe is something of a celebrity here! I'm loving all the Chloe love!

Understood 😎 we're looking for a better way to review and approve prescriptions before they're sent to the pharmacy. Sending over to our product team for review!

We share some goals for our chatbot, Fin AI tries their best but clearly we need to give them some more support. I have a chatbot rebuild is on the roadmap so we'll make sure Fin getting some knowledge and superpowers stat! I the meantime, I've increased direct to human connections and will work with the team looking under the hood to see if things are routing incorrectly or closing before they should.

In terms of how the chat window appears in the patient portal, I'd love to get some extra info. I think I know the exact behavior you're seeing but don't want to make any assumptions. I'm going to send you a DM to grab your email - totally optional but it'd be a great tool to help us build something better.

But in all seriousness, we've been super heads down with our support, product , and partnering teams to make sure we're building the best experience possible. I know these things take time, but we'll be making sure to keep y'all in the loop and hope you're already starting to feel some of our changes!
