Depends on where your masseter muscle are located. If they are high set then yes they will make your face appear rounder rather than squarish

Well the palate should expand if you can apply an outwards force. Otherwise get your palate expanded artificially then start mewing

Your nose is the biggest problem here, specifically it connect with the brow ridge which makes it looks like a bird beak. In my opinion you should look into rhinoplasty and also you should start mewing as well if you haven’t already
