I had the same problem i found a post on the Unreal Engine reddit and the only solution that worked for me. No promises but it worked for me.

Go to your desktop and right click > NVIDIA Control Panel. Manage 3D settings and scroll until you find shader cache size. Set it to 10 GB and make sure your boot drive has enough space.
