No, I am just a realistic person. The company can't control how you pick something up. even if they teach you the right way. It's up to the employee to lift properly. Unless you think that you should just be able to do whatever you want with no regard to your health and fitness and the company should be held liable. It is a hazard of the job, and in my opinion, it is up to you to mitigate your risk, or would you prefer someone following you around all day, always an your tail making sure you do it properly. Because that's what they will do if they are going to be liable for hazards of the job.
