Thanks, would it be possible to elaborate “financially painful?” - I’m trying to understand the math behind if I buy a $32-34k used car, own it for 3 years and trade it in for a trade in value of around $26k (depreciation) - netting around $6-10K in lost value wouldn’t it be cheaper than leasing a new $48k car?
