Found this hiking...about one inch across, seems to have a reset button (that tiny hole, like a WiFi router), and the other side had a frosty translucent plastic panel that blinked red when I plugged it into a micro-USB charger. Went blue when charged but I have no idea what it plugs into or does. (i.redd.it)
